Vintage 2022 started out warm, with budbreak beginning as early as Valentine's Day. Winter provided minimal rainfall so we knew it would be a challenging, yet rewarding season. We were limited in the number of clusters per vine, but were able to nurture those clusters throughout the moderate summer. A long veraison was followed by an intense heat event in early September which turned our slow ripening into a much quicker harvest than anticipated. Overall 2022 was full of challenges, but still made outstanding fruit through the adversities.
“This is a Provencal inspired Rosé, light pink in color with aromas of pink grapefruit, watermelon rind and hints of minerality that invite the palate. These wonderful aromas are enhanced by delicious flavors of strawberry and Ruby Red grapefruit that lead to a cheerful, refreshing acidity and clean finish. This is an elegant, light-weight wine best enjoyed on a warm day in the company of good friends.”

FOOD PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
“The wine pairs well with salty/sweet combinations like prosciutto, melon and Manchego cheese or fresh field greens with raspberry vinaigrette and feta cheese.”
