FROM THE WINEMAKER
“This provincial-style Rosé displays a very pale, delicate pink hue. The nose opens with inviting aromas of pink grapefruit and dried strawberry, layered with subtle mineral undertones. On the palate, it is lively and refreshing, with a zippy entry and a light, graceful weight. Flavors of Ruby Red grapefruit and gentle strawberry notes carry through with clarity and finesse. The finish is bright, clean, and uplifting—leaving a crisp impression that invites another sip.”

VINTAGE NOTES
The 2025 growing season began on a strong note, with substantial winter rainfall providing excellent soil moisture and reducing the need for early irrigation. A relatively cool summer, with only a few days exceeding 95°F, allowed for slow, even ripening and the development of nuanced flavors. Intermittent rain events during harvest created natural pauses, giving our winemaking team opportunities to carefully manage incoming fruit—especially in a year when yields were often higher than expected. Overall, patience throughout the season was rewarded with a harvest that showcases balance, elegance, and finesse.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS
The wine pairs well with salty/sweet combinations like prosciutto, melon and Manchego cheese or fresh field greens with raspberry vinaigrette and feta cheese.
