Blended with our mountain-grown Malbec, Lion Tamer Cabernet Sauvignon is juicy, structured, beautifull balanced, and full of blueberry pie and toasted cocoa.

Behind The Name

This limited-release vertical aligns with three vintages of joy, reprieve, and excellent harvests. Wildfires in 2017 and 2020 gave way to the harvests of 2018, 2019, and 2021—some of the finest Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley had seen in years.

Looking back, it’s clear that darkness is followed by light (though this was difficult to remember while living through those challenging years). Night is followed by day. And the rising sun returns.
