Wine That's Wild At Heart
“We believe in developing particularly fine vineyards in lands where the hidden potential has yet to be unleashed. Traveling in California, I have found several such sites and these vineyards are being developed with great care and with the view of forging a path for our future generations.”

FIND YOUR MAVERICK SPIRIT
Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles
“With intense aromas of bright red cherry and raspberry, followed by notes of cedar and black pepper, this wine captures the essence of Paso Robles. A bold entrance of berry compote accompanied by layers of juicy, full raspberry notes are complimented by the smooth tannins and lasting finish of chocolate and roasted espresso.”
– Winemaker Mandy Curley
Sauvignon Blanc from North Coast
“This Sauvignon Blanc is dynamic and vibrant, just like the coastal region it hails from. It smells like fresh nectarines and mangoes from a seaside market. On the palate, it is bright and flavorful, with notes of yuzu and mango. The crisp finish leaves a lingering freshness.”

Why Paso Robles?
Established in 1983, the Paso Robles AVA is the Cabernet Sauvignon haven of the Central Coast. Rugged rolling hills wrapped in morning fog are contrasted by ocean breezes and hot, sunny days; a diverse climate that yields a full spectrum of flavor and intensity in wine. Our winemaking team has decades of experience crafting exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon, driven by a maverick spirit and an appreciation for wilder pastures – a Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon makes perfect sense for Hess.
