“This wine opens with inviting aromas of vanilla, toasted marshmallow, warm cinnamon spice, and dark berries layered with hints of blackberry coulis and blue fruit. The palate begins with a soft, approachable entry before revealing a deep core of dark fruit that carries through with impressive density and balance. Structured tannins frame the richness, while notes of cocoa powder and cinnamon lend texture and depth. The finish is long and refined, with a cordial-like lift reminiscent of Luxardo cherries on the exhale."

Our Lions Head Cellar houses some of the most advanced winemaking technology allowing our winemakers to craft wines of exceptional quality that showcase the distinctive lands from which they come. The winemakers leverage tools like our optical sorter, which ensures only the highest quality berries are delivered to the fermentation tanks; and cutting-edge tanks, which facilitate 24/7 monitoring of pumpovers and micro-adjustments to be made throughout the winemaking process.
