Herb Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Pairs With Hess Select Central Coast Pinot Noir

- 1 Tbsp Thyme
- 1 Tbsp Sage
- 1 Tbsp Rosemary
- 1 Tbsp Italian Parsley
- 1/2 c EVOO
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 Pork Tenderloins, trimmed with silver skin off
Chop all herbs and mix together with oil, salt and pepper.
Marinate the pork for six hours or up to one day.
Grill or use a grill pan on all sides to medium doneness.
Serve with wholegrain mustard, if desired.
