Meet Your Club Team
Rebecca Culkin grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Civil Engineering. She began her wine career working in the Napa Valley in 2011, starting as a tasting room host and progressing to club and sales. Rebecca has been with Hess Persson Estates as the Collectors Club Coordinator since 2020 and enjoys providing exceptional service for our Collectors. She loves to travel, read, as well as play and watch both tennis and golf.
Katie Pelton began working in hospitality at age 15 and her passion led to the Napa Valley to seek out great wine and food. After working at several restaurants as server, bartender, and management, she joined Hess Persson Estates in the dining room service team in 2003 before her current role as Hospitality Coordinator since 2016. Her intimate knowledge of our experiences helps in planning the perfect visit. Katie also loves spending time at the beach, hiking, and birdwatching.
